Student images and personal information are never sold. We do not use or license student images or data for AI training, facial recognition, or biometric identification.
Marketing Use
We do not use student images for marketing or promotional purposes without explicit permission from a parent or guardian and, when applicable, the school.

We take student privacy seriously and follow thoughtful practices designed to support school expectations and protect student information.
Security Infrastructure
Student images are stored and delivered through secure platforms with encryption and restricted access controls.
Limited Access
Access to student records and images is limited to authorized team members. Any team member working directly with students or athletes has completed a national criminal background check.
